Since the 19th century, the chocolate at the “Schuh” has been synonymous with the finest of ingredients, sophisticated recipes and true devotion.

This tradition has been retained and remains renowned and cherished across international borders to this day. You’ll find “Schuh” chocolates in various flavours, shapes, for immediate consumption, as gifts and as souvenirs of your trip to Interlaken. Our Pralines

Pralines represent the crowning achievement of the craft of the chocolatier. Mouth-sized delights with a chocolate content of at least 25%, our wide selection of fillings, are a genuine explosion of flavour – a veritable pleasure.

Confectionery

Luxury treats – “Schuh” style. All of our patisserie and sweet pastries are made by hand and we naturally also offer an extensive range of the most exquisite delicacies here: Gâteaux, cakes, petits fours, patisserie. We recommend that you pay us a visit to assure yourself of the quality we uphold and, of course, to succumb to our magnificent confections. Wedding Cakes

The wedding cake – absolutely indispensable and a traditional wedding custom. Usually multi-tiered, they constitute the unsurpassed highlight and focus of the cake buffet in a wedding reception. We’d be thrilled to decorate the cake to your liking with hearts, roses, rings, figurines or a dedication – made, of course, from the finest confectionery or marzipan.
